Exponential Function Calculator
The exponential function calculator will help you solve commonly used forms of the exponential function, given some known points on the line. The calculator will also let you evaluate any exponential function with any parameters.

f(x) = a·bˣ, or eˣ for the natural exponential
Why e is the natural base
eˣ is the one exponential whose rate of change equals its own value — its derivative is itself. That makes it the natural choice wherever growth is proportional to the current amount: compound interest, radioactive decay, population models and cooling curves all reduce to it.
e ≈ 2.718281828459045, and it is both irrational and transcendental.
